These deer will not be wasted as everyone will have venison steaks and sausage and chops.

First day of the season

They had good luck on the first morning of the hunt.

These deer will hang for four or five days until Bert and Benji butcher them and they are distributed to everyone's freezers.

Hunting season

Hunting season once again and the lads in the Grattan Boys Camp have been very successful with four deer including a good sized buck on the first morning of the hunt. Here is Willy Kelly, Bert and Benji and their dogs making their way back to the camp.
